Voices of Female and Foreign Employees in the Workplace

At i Cubed Systems, female and foreign employees are active in every division, and we encourage all employees to value their individual lifestyles and personalities.

It’s an environment where nationality is not a concern.

Many employees are highly motivated, so foreign nationals can work comfortably without feeling self-conscious.

Information is always shared openly among everyone, making it a very pleasant place to work. I believe it’s a company with excellent work-life balance.

Sales roles require business-level Japanese proficiency, but engineers can communicate if they have a reasonable command of English.

The flexibility to adjust working hours freely is a major appeal for women.

Even if you suddenly feel unwell, you can work remotely from home after consulting your supervisor and getting approval, allowing you to work with peace of mind.

Last year, I worked from my family home in the Philippines for two months. Online meetings allow for smooth communication with the office.

Many employees are highly motivated to improve their English skills. We even hold spontaneous English-only lunch meetings among colleagues, so I use English more frequently than at my previous job.

The reassurance of not being special

After giving birth, my work style changed, but there is an environment where this is naturally accepted.

I am balancing childcare and work by utilizing the full-flex system and adjusting my hours according to the situation.

Schedules may change suddenly due to children's illnesses or other reasons, but many members have childcare experience, creating an atmosphere where it's easy to consult with others.

The company provided thorough explanations about taking childcare leave and returning to work, which greatly reduced my anxiety. Even during my leave, I could easily communicate about my return, which made me feel connected to the company.

I am now highly focused on delivering results within limited timeframes and intend to continue contributing to the company through my creative work.
