Tokyu Hands introduced approximately 2,300 iPod touch devices as operational terminals for store staff, significantly reducing customer service downtime. President Hideki Hasegawa of Hands Lab Co., Ltd., which is currently advancing the introduction of iPad terminals as cash registers, will detail the background and results of this implementation.
