As revealed by our recent survey, hidden overtime—unreported by companies—exists in many work environments. In response, we are releasing a new feature called "Work Smart" for our mobile device management service, CLOMO MDM, today, Monday, May 15. This new feature automatically switches devices to "After-Hours Mode" at the time set by administrators, restricting the device to phone functionality only. Utilizing this feature helps deter hidden overtime and supports solving workplace challenges such as reducing employee stress.
