■What is Kurumin Certification?
Kurumin Certification is a system established under the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation. Companies that have formulated a General Business Owner Action Plan and meet certain criteria—such as achieving the goals set forth in the plan—can receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Childcare Support Company."

■Key Initiatives
i Cubed Systems, Inc. promotes the following initiatives to support work-life balance for employees raising children.

(1) Utilization of core-time-free flex-time systems and telework
We have implemented a core-time-free flex-time system. While coordination with team members and consideration of work content is necessary, employees can flexibly choose their working hours according to their individual circumstances. We also utilize partial telework, enabling a hybrid work style that combines office attendance with remote work.

(2) Reduced Work Hours System Available Until Children Enter Junior High School
We have established a system allowing employees to choose reduced work hours based on their circumstances until their children enter junior high school.This system was developed following internal discussions aimed at creating an organization where diverse employees, including women, can thrive. Recognizing that childcare requires ongoing adjustments based on school life and family circumstances even after preschool age, it is designed for long-term use. We are committed to creating an environment where employees can build their careers continuously through adjustments to working hours and other measures.

(3) Maternity/Parental Leave Exchange Meetings
We regularly hold exchange meetings for employees planning to take leave, currently on leave, or who have taken leave in the past. These meetings aim to alleviate concerns about taking maternity/parental leave and facilitate information sharing.At these meetings, participants share real experiences during their leave and exchange opinions on returning to work. Feedback from attendees includes comments such as: "It was reassuring to understand the company's situation even while on childcare leave," and "Talking with colleagues in similar situations helped me mentally prepare for the transition."
