What are the advantages/disadvantages of the flextime system?

The primary benefit is the flexibility it affords, permitting employees to modify working hours or take breaks during the day to accommodate health needs or personal obligations.

However, it does require a high level of self-discipline to manage one’s own working hours and maintain a consistent daily rhythm.

Does i Cubed Systems offer any unique programs?

We offer special leave for important personal days as a gesture of appreciation to our employees, as well as a financial assistance program for purchasing office chairs.

Is it easy to take paid time off?

Yes. Our annual paid time off utilization rate exceeds 60%, fostering an environment where taking time off is easy.
We strive to create a workplace where every individual can work comfortably.

Are there any relocation requirements?

It is a possibility. The Company will not impose a transfer without consultation. Instead, any transfer will be requested after discussion with the employee, taking into account their wishes, growth opportunities, and other relevant factors to the greatest extent possible.

Can I continue to work even if my living environment changes due to marriage, childbirth, nursing care, etc.?

The flextime system makes it easy to cope with changes in life circumstances.
Of course, leave and absence systems for childbirth, childcare, and nursing care are also available.

Are dormitories or company housing available? I would also like to know if housing allowances are provided.

We do not offer dormitories or company housing. While housing allowances are provided to employees who relocate for company reasons, they are not otherwise offered.

Is it possible to have a side job or hold multiple jobs?
Are any current employees actually involved in such activities?

We use a permission-based system for side jobs/concurrent occupations under company rules.
Some employees do engage in concurrent occupations (such as running their own business, as opposed to work performed while employed by another company).

Is there a busy season? Is there a lot of overtime work?

There are some divisions that are busy only during certain periods, but basically there is little overtime throughout the Company.
