Even if you suddenly feel unwell, you can work remotely from home after consulting your supervisor and getting approval, allowing you to work with peace of mind.

Last year, I worked from my family home in the Philippines for two months. Online meetings allow for smooth communication with the office.

Many employees are highly motivated to improve their English skills. We even hold spontaneous English-only lunch meetings among colleagues, so I use English more frequently than at my previous job.
