Furthermore, to strengthen its management structure, two new directors—a CFO and an outside director—assumed their positions effective April 1, 2018.

The third-party allotment of new shares and the appointment of new directors both aim to strengthen our management structure, particularly our financial foundation. Concurrently with this third-party allotment, we reduced our capital stock and transferred the capital stock and capital reserve to retained earnings. This move aims to ensure flexibility and soundness in our future financial strategy.
