Our Response and Policy Regarding the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
We also express our profound gratitude to all medical professionals working tirelessly in diagnosis, treatment, and infection prevention, as well as to all workers supporting essential infrastructure such as transportation, logistics, and communications.

In our press release dated April 7, 2020, we announced our response policy regarding the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), including the implementation of remote work for employees. Although the government's "State of Emergency Declaration" has been lifted, concerns remain about a resurgence of infections in some areas due to clusters and secondary infections. Therefore, prioritizing the prevention of infection spread both inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety and health of our employees, we will continue the following measures and policies.

■Regarding Work Arrangements
・Employees are generally prohibited from coming to the office and are working remotely.
・Meetings are generally conducted online.
・Employee business travel is generally prohibited.

■Regarding Participation in Meetings, Seminars, and Gatherings with Customers and Business Partners
・Face-to-face meetings with customers and business partners are generally prohibited and are conducted online.
・Outings for attending external seminars or events are generally prohibited.

■About Events Hosted by Our Company
・All events and seminars have been postponed or moved online.
・All Career sessions and interviews are conducted online.

■Other
・We are encouraging employees to practice the "new lifestyle" of maintaining physical distance, frequent handwashing, and gargling to prevent the spread of infection.

■Regarding Support Services Provided to Users by Our CLOMO Support Center
The CLOMO Support Center has been developing infrastructure to enable remote work since before the pandemic, ensuring stable and continuous support services for our users. We are currently providing support services as usual through remote work.
