Selected as a Best Company in the 2021 "Best Companies to Work For" list

i Cubed (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and CEO: Tsutomu Sasaki; i Cubed ") is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a Best Company in the 2021 "Best Workplaces" ranking. This ranking is based on employee surveys conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (hereinafter "GPTW") using globally consistent standards.

The Great Place to Work® survey, known as the Best Workplaces List, is an employee survey conducted in approximately 60 countries worldwide for over 20 years. It targets employees working at participating companies. In the United States, the results are published annually through FORTUNE magazine, and the selected companies are recognized as great places to work.Each year, approximately 7,000 companies and over 5 million employees across 60 countries participate in the survey, making it the world's largest employee engagement survey.

(1) Enabling Flexible Work Styles
Our company Career a full flextime system without core hours, enabling flexible work arrangements tailored to individual circumstances. Since April 2021, driven by the shift to telework due to the spread of COVID-19 and the promotion of digital transformation (DX), we have further enhanced work flexibility within the telework environment.

(2) Health Maintenance and Promotion
We actively implement initiatives to promote employee health, driven by our desire for employees to work at our company as long as possible in a healthy and enjoyable manner. To support employee health maintenance, we subsidize costs for influenza vaccinations, optional health checkup tests, and advanced examinations such as comprehensive health screenings. Furthermore, since transitioning to telework, we regularly conduct surveys through HR to monitor employees' physical and mental health status, providing support as needed. *Up to ¥80,000 per year for employees aged 40 and above at even-numbered ages

(3) Ensuring a Safe and Secure Work Environment for Telework
To reduce physical strain during telework, we provide employees with eye-friendly 4K monitors previously used in the office and office chairs adaptable to diverse body types and postures upon request. Additionally, we supply all employees with home disaster preparedness kits in preparation for emergencies. Even when working from home, we maintain an environment that reduces physical strain while ensuring a safe and secure work experience.

(4) Skill Development Support
We are committed to supporting employees in acquiring broad knowledge, cultural literacy, and foundational skills. We continuously improve operational efficiency to ensure employees have time for learning. Last fiscal year, the average monthly overtime per employee was 8.1 hours. We strive to create learning time through company-wide telework to reduce commuting and travel time, and by fostering an environment where taking paid leave is easier. We also encourage participation in technical conferences both domestically and internationally, and promote weekly technical study sessions.
