Bank of the Ryukyus, Ltd. is actively advancing digital adoption, with its flagship project being the "FTB Tablet System," enabling customers to complete procedures and various tasks on tablets.
By also providing dedicated reception tablets, the bank can now capture customer names and visit purposes upon entry, enabling more personalized service.This system also significantly contributes to eliminating dependency on specific individuals for in-branch operations and improving overall efficiency.
Furthermore, to support this system requiring advanced security measures, they have implemented "CLOMO MDM".
