The Great Place to Work® survey on workplace engagement has been conducted for over 20 years in approximately 60 countries worldwide. It is an employee survey targeting employees working at participating companies. In the United States, the "Best Workplaces" ranking is published annually through FORTUNE magazine, and the selected companies are recognized as great places to work.Each year, over 7,000 companies and more than 5 million employees across approximately 60 countries participate in the survey, making it the world's largest employee engagement survey.

We strive to create a society filled with brighter smiles by ensuring our own employees find meaning in their work and maintain their health while doing so. We also aim to foster a culture that actively embraces new challenges, free from excessive constraints of convention or precedent, enabling us to support our clients in realizing their ideas. We are committed to promoting diversity as part of this effort.
(1) Enabling Flexible Work Styles
Career a full flextime system without core hours, allowing employees to start work after dropping off children or take temporary leave for medical appointments. This enables flexible work arrangements tailored to individual circumstances.Starting in April 2021, all employees transitioned to telework due to the spread of COVID-19. As of the end of June 2022, all employees continue to work remotely. This enables employees in certain roles to remain with the company and continue working even if they need to relocate for family reasons. This company-wide implementation of flexible work arrangements is highly valued by our employees.
(2) Maintaining and Promoting Daily Health
We actively implement initiatives to promote employee health, driven by our desire for everyone to enjoy working at our company for as long as possible in a healthy and fulfilling way. First, as part of our welfare benefits, we subsidize the costs of optional health check-up tests, advanced screenings like comprehensive health checkups, and the purchase of blue light-blocking glasses.Since transitioning to telework, HR regularly conducts surveys to monitor mental and physical health, providing support as needed. We also offer 15-minute online office training sessions to help employees maintain daily health awareness.
(3) Diverse Talent Thriving
Approximately 10% of our employees are foreign nationals, actively contributing as software engineers and consultants. Recently, we conducted online interviews with students residing abroad. In April 2022, two foreign students relocated to Japan following Career and joined as new graduate hires.Furthermore, many employees balance work with childcare responsibilities. Our maternity and childcare leave utilization rate reached 100% in the June 2022 period, reflecting not only the existence of these systems but also an environment that makes them easy to utilize. (4) Environment and Support Systems for Skill Development
We are committed to supporting employees in acquiring broad knowledge, cultural literacy, and foundational skills. For example, we have introduced e-learning as an environment for proactive self-directed learning, allowing interested employees to study fields that align with their personal interests. Additionally, we provide subsidies for the costs associated with obtaining qualifications that can be applied to their work, establishing systems that actively support employees seeking to enhance their skills.For engineers, we provide opportunities to catch up on information in areas difficult to master through daily work alone. This includes participation in domestic and international technical conferences and weekly technical study sessions. We have established an environment across the entire company that facilitates skill development.
