For over a decade, i Cubed has supported organizations in leveraging mobile devices through the development and provision of CLOMO, enterprise mobile device management software.
In recent years, the importance of digital transformation (DX) has been widely emphasized, and IT personnel at companies and other organizations are tasked with driving business transformation using digital technologies. At the same time, the diversification of work styles and the expansion of telework have increased the workload for IT personnel, making it difficult to invest resources in advancing DX.
Furthermore, "CLOMO," developed and provided by i Cubed, incorporates a wide range of features designed to address various scenarios in device management. Consequently, some customers new to "CLOMO" have encountered difficulties in identifying the appropriate settings and usage methods for their specific use cases, hindering the smooth and effective launch of their device management operations.
i Cubed is launching this service to address these challenges. We provide comprehensive support from initial setup of "CLOMO" through to operational launch, reducing the burden on IT administrators while enabling more purpose-driven and appropriate device management.
About the "CLOMO Onboarding Service"

This service provides tailored optimal settings and manuals, along with training for IT personnel on necessary operations, all consistently handled by dedicated staff. It supports achieving appropriate device management. Additionally, customers using this service receive special access to a management console for operational verification. This allows them to test functionality on the actual management console before live deployment, enabling a more confident start to operations.
