■背景
2024年4月に施行された医師の働き方改革に伴い、医療機関ではDXが急速に推進されています。一方で、近年は医療機関を狙ったランサムウェア攻撃が増加し、その被害も深刻化しており、厚生労働省からは情報システム利用におけるセキュリティ対策などを定めた「医療情報システムの安全管理に関するガイドライン 第6.0版（以下、医療情報ガイドライン）」(*2）が提示されるなど、医療機関におけるセキュリティ対策は喫緊の課題となっています。
メドコム社では、従来高いセキュリティレベルで「メドコム」を利用できる環境を構築していましたが、これらの経緯から、医療情報ガイドラインに準拠しつつ、より安心・安全な環境で使える医療機関向けスマートフォンサービスを提供できるよう、新たなセキュリティ対策としてアイキューブドシステムズが提供する「CLOMO エンドポイントセキュリティ secured by Deep Instinct」を「メドコム」の連携ソリューションとして採用していただくこととなりました。
■連携詳細
メドコム社は、モバイル端末・回線・専用アプリケーションを包括した、医療機関専用のスマートフォンサービス「メドコム」を提供しており、これには管理者が一括で利用端末を管理できるよう、モバイル端末管理（MDM）を標準搭載しています。このモバイル端末管理には、以前よりアイキューブドシステムズが開発・提供する「CLOMO MDM」が採用されており、端末紛失時の遠隔ロックやデータの消去など、モバイル端末が安全に利用できる環境を構築しています。
"CLOMO Endpoint Security secured by Deep Instinct" is an endpoint security solution integrating "CLOMO MDM" with the cybersecurity countermeasure "Deep Instinct". You can monitor threat activity directly from the "CLOMO" management console and perform bulk installation of "Deep Instinct" on mobile devices managed by "CLOMO".
Through this collaboration with Medcom, "CLOMO Endpoint Security secured by Deep Instinct" will be integrated into the medical institution-specific smartphone service "Medcom". This enables comprehensive threat response for smartphones and apps used with "Medcom", including predicting and preventing future unknown threats using AI and the latest deep learning technology. This creates an environment where "Medcom" can be used with even greater peace of mind and security.
