Background and Outlook
In recent years, the diversification of work styles and the promotion of DX have rapidly advanced device utilization within organizations such as companies. Furthermore, alongside this diversification of device usage, the need for remote support and maintenance of devices by IT personnel has increased. Therefore, since September 2023, i Cubed Systems, Inc. has been providing "TeamViewer Remote," a remote access tool developed by TeamViewer, to address these needs.
The newly launched "CLOMO Remote Desktop powered by TeamViewer" is a service integrating "CLOMO MDM" with "TeamViewer Remote." This service enables seamless remote access, allowing IT personnel to efficiently manage devices and is expected to reduce their workload.

This service enables direct remote access to devices managed by "CLOMO MDM" from the "CLOMO MDM" management console.IT administrators can select the desired device from the "CLOMO MDM" management console and easily perform screen sharing or remote operations on the device. This seamless remote access makes device management more efficient and reduces the burden on IT administrators.
