(Headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director: Asahiro Miyake).

The Stress-Free Company Recognition Program annually honors companies with low stress levels based on stress check results. The stress checks utilize the "Simplified Occupational Stress Questionnaire" established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Stress-Free Company Recognition Committee selects and honors companies that demonstrate particularly outstanding results from among those that conducted stress checks.
With this award, i Cubed has been recognized as a "Stress-Free Company" i Cubed. ■Key Initiatives for Health Maintenance and Promotion
i Cubed At i Cubed, we believe employee health is crucial for creating an environment where high performance can be consistently delivered. Simultaneously, we recognize it significantly contributes to employees enjoying a happy and fulfilling time. Therefore, we actively promote initiatives focused on maintaining and enhancing employee health.
(1) Office Training Implementation
To promote employee health, we conduct office training sessions once a week under the guidance of an external instructor. The program content is tailored to employee interests and the season, and has been ongoing since its launch in 2017.

(2) Subsidy for Various Examination Fees
As part of our commitment to employee health and welfare, we provide support for examination fees. We subsidize optional health checkup examination fees up to ¥8,000 per person annually. For advanced examinations such as comprehensive health screenings, we subsidize up to ¥80,000 per person annually for employees aged 40 and above in even-numbered age groups.
(3) Loan of Equipment to Reduce Physical and Mental Strain
As part of our efforts to create an environment where employees can concentrate on their work and reduce stress, we provide all employees with high-performance PCs. Additionally, we offer eligible employees the option to borrow the high-performance work chairs used in our offices or receive a subsidy of up to ¥50,000 toward purchasing their own work chair.
(4) Implementation of Regular Study Sessions and Consultations by the Company Physician
To provide an environment where employees can work safely and with peace of mind, we hold monthly "Company Physician Seminars," which are health-related study sessions led by the company physician. Additionally, employees who wish to do so can receive individual consultations with the company physician. The physician directly assesses their physical and mental health status and provides appropriate advice and guidance.
