Recognized as a "Great Place to Work" in 2025

i Cubed (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and CEO: Tsutomu Sasaki; hereinafter " i Cubed "), a provider of enterprise mobile management software, is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a "Great Place to Work®" in the 2025 edition of the "Great Place to Work®" certification. This certification is awarded based on employee surveys conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (hereinafter "GPTW Japan") using globally standardized criteria.

The "Best Companies to Work For" survey is an annual employee engagement survey conducted in approximately 150 countries worldwide for over 30 years, targeting employees of participating companies. In the United States, the "Best Companies to Work For" rankings are published annually through FORTUNE magazine, and the selected companies are recognized as great places to work. Each year, over 10,000 companies in approximately 150 countries participate in the survey, making it the world's largest employee engagement survey.

i Cubed has been recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for five consecutive years. Moving forward, we will continue striving to create a society filled with even more smiles, while ensuring our own employees find fulfillment in their work.

i Cubed Initiatives for Job Satisfaction
(1) Enabling Flexible Work Styles
We implement a full flextime system and situation-based telework to enable employees to pursue meaningful work alongside various life events. Additionally, depending on the job type, our internal systems allow employees to remain with the company and continue working even when family circumstances necessitate relocation, providing an environment that flexibly accommodates changes in living situations.

(2) Maintaining and Promoting Daily Health
We actively implement initiatives to promote employee health, driven by our desire for employees to work at our company as long as possible in a healthy and enjoyable manner.First, as part of our welfare benefits, we subsidize costs for optional health check-up tests, advanced screenings like comprehensive health checkups, and the purchase of blue light filter glasses. Additionally, our HR department regularly conducts surveys to monitor physical and mental health. We provide support as needed and offer 15-minute online office training sessions to help employees maintain daily health awareness.

(3) Career and Engagement of Diverse Talent

(4) Environment and Support Systems for Skill Development
We are committed to supporting employees in acquiring broad knowledge, cultural literacy, and foundational skills. To foster an environment where employees can proactively pursue learning on their own initiative, we have introduced e-learning services. Employees wishing to learn can freely enroll in any course they desire from a diverse range of programs, with the company covering the associated learning costs. Additionally, we provide subsidies for obtaining qualifications applicable to their work and for TOEIC exam fees, supporting employees who aspire to enhance their skills.For engineers, we provide opportunities to catch up on information in areas difficult to master through routine work alone. This includes participation in domestic and international technical conferences and weekly technical study sessions. We foster an environment where skill development is accessible company-wide.
