The City of Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, has been promoting remote work since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, the Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau utilizes mobile devices such as smartphones, enabling staff to perform duties outside city hall facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
"CLOMO MDM" was introduced to enhance security for mobile devices distributed to the bureau's staff, including centralized management and measures for lost devices, and supports the cloud migration of diverse administrative tasks within government agencies.
