(1) Office Training Implementation

As part of our commitment to employee health and welfare, we provide support for examination fees. We subsidize optional health checkup examination fees up to ¥8,000 per person annually. For advanced examinations such as comprehensive health screenings, we subsidize up to ¥80,000 per person annually for employees aged 40 and above in even-numbered age groups.

(4) Loan of Equipment to Reduce Physical and Mental Strain
As part of our efforts to create an environment where employees can focus on their work and reduce stress, we provide all employees with high-performance PCs. Additionally, we offer eligible employees the option to borrow the high-performance work chairs used in our offices or receive a subsidy of up to ¥50,000 toward the purchase of their own work chair.

(5) Implementation of Regular Study Sessions and Consultations by the Occupational Physician
To provide an environment where employees can work safely and with peace of mind, we hold monthly health-related study sessions called "Occupational Physician Seminars" led by our occupational physician. Additionally, employees who wish to do so can receive individual consultations with the occupational physician. During these consultations, the physician assesses their physical and mental health status and provides appropriate advice and guidance directly.
