Recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for six consecutive years

■About the "Best Companies to Work For" Survey
The " Best Companies to Work For " survey is an employee opinion survey conducted for over 30 years in approximately 150 countries worldwide, targeting employees working at participating companies. In the United States, the "Best Companies to Work For" recognition and rankings are announced annually through FORTUNE magazine, and the selected companies are recognized as great places to work.

■アイキューブドシステムズにおける主な取り組み
アイキューブドシステムズでは、社員一人ひとりが働きがいを感じながら力を発揮できる環境を目指し、さまざまな取り組みを行っています。代表的な取り組みは以下の通りです。

(1) Embracing and Utilizing Diverse Values
We respect diverse backgrounds and individuality—including gender, nationality, age, and lifestyle—and promote building an organization where everyone can perform to their full potential.Specifically, Career, Career foreign nationals for four consecutive years starting in 2022, providing relocation support as needed. Beyond Diversity & Inclusion, we regularly hold "DEIB Meetings" aimed at promoting Equity and a sense of Belonging—including psychological safety and organizational comfort. By incorporating diverse perspectives, we strive to cultivate a challenging culture.

(2) Supporting Employees and Protecting Their Health
We offer a full flex-time system and partial telework to flexibly accommodate life events and lifestyle changes.Furthermore, to support employees' long-term healthy careers, we offer robust health-focused benefits, including subsidized optional health check-up tests, comprehensive health screening costs, and blue light filter glasses purchase assistance. Additionally, we regularly host "Office Training" sessions—light exercise events easily accessible from home or the office—to foster daily health awareness.

(3) Deepening Exchange and Nurturing Connections
To promote interaction across departmental and job-type boundaries, we hold two in-person company-wide meetings per year as part of our quarterly employee gatherings, bringing all employees together.Additionally, we organize seasonal office events to provide opportunities for employees to deepen their connections.
