Recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for six consecutive years

i Cubed (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and CEO: Tsutomu Sasaki; hereinafter i Cubed "), a provider of enterprise mobile management software, is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a "Great Place to Work®" for the sixth consecutive year in the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan.

At i Cubed, we are committed to fostering a workplace environment and corporate culture where every employee, with their diverse backgrounds and individuality, can feel secure and perform to their full potential. We view this sixth consecutive year of certification as one result of our ongoing efforts in this regard. ■About the "Best Companies to Work For" Survey
The " Best Companies to Work For " survey is an employee opinion survey conducted for over 30 years in approximately 150 countries worldwide, targeting employees working at participating companies. In the United States, the "Best Companies to Work For" recognition and rankings are announced annually through FORTUNE magazine, and the selected companies are recognized as great places to work.

(2) Supporting Employees and Protecting Their Health
We offer a full flex-time system and partial telework to flexibly accommodate life events and lifestyle changes.Furthermore, to support employees' long-term healthy careers, we offer robust health-focused benefits, including subsidized optional health check-up tests, comprehensive health screening costs, and blue light filter glasses purchase assistance. Additionally, we regularly host "Office Training" sessions—light exercise events easily accessible from home or the office—to foster daily health awareness.

(3) Deepening Exchange and Nurturing Connections
To promote interaction across departmental and job-type boundaries, we hold two in-person company-wide meetings per year as part of our quarterly employee gatherings, bringing all employees together.Additionally, we organize seasonal office events to provide opportunities for employees to deepen their connections. Furthermore, our monthly internal newsletter and weekly company-wide morning meetings provide opportunities to share messages from management and the latest initiatives from each department.
