Starting Salary Monthly Salary: Starting at ¥260,100
Breakdown】Base Salary: ¥242,000; Fixed Overtime Allowance (for 10 hours): ¥18,100

*In addition to the above, a remote work allowance of ¥10,000 to ¥15,000 is provided.

Selection Process

From submitting your application to receiving a job offer, the process may take approximately one month at the earliest and up to two months at the longest.

Interviews are generally conducted online (Zoom) and consist of three rounds: group interview, individual interview, and final interview.

What is the actual compensation, including salary tables and take-home pay?

The starting monthly salary for new graduates, regardless of academic background, is ¥260,100 (plus a remote work allowance of ¥10,000 to ¥15,000). Your take-home pay is the amount remaining after deductions for social insurance premiums and various taxes.

Please tell me about training/programs after joining the Company.

After joining, you will first undergo HR training. Then, you will gain practical experience through training and OJT tailored to each division to acquire necessary product knowledge and job skills. While deepening your understanding of products like CLOMO MDM, you will engage in tasks such as sales negotiations, inquiry handling, development work, and accounting duties under the guidance of senior employees. Self-directed learning is particularly important for MDM, requiring continuous knowledge acquisition.

Is there anything I should do before joining?

Researching “What is MDM?” would be a good start. Understanding how smartphones work and what MDM can do will make it easier to get started with your job.

If you’re unsure about your IT fundamentals, studying the basics to the level of the IT Passport exam will give you peace of mind.

For those aspiring to be engineers, actually creating iOS or Android apps or researching notification systems (like APNS or FCM) can be valuable experience.

During your student life, consciously focus on “learning, thinking, and acting,” while also cherishing experiences unique to this stage.
