企業が把握していない「隠れ残業」を徹底抑止し、「働き方改革」「健康経営」をサポート
スマートデバイスの導入・活用により企業の「働き方改革」「健康経営」をサポートしている株式会社アイキューブドシステムズ（本社：福岡県福岡市、代表取締役社長：佐々木 勉、以下アイキューブドシステムズ）は、1都3県在住の20代から50代のオフィスワーカー824名を対象に、「労働環境とストレスに関する実態調査」を実施しました。
〜調査結果 トピックス〜
①「持ち帰り残業」をしている人の内、会社に申告していない「隠れ残業」は8割以上に！
-仕事を持ち帰って、自宅や外出先で早朝・夜間や休日に仕事していると回答した人は約5割（44.8％）。
さらにそのうち、会社に申告していない残業時間がある人は8割（83.4％）を超えることが判明
②「隠れ残業」をしている人の7割近くが退職意向あり。
-「隠れ残業をしている」人の65.2%が、現在の会社に対して辞めたい意思を持っている。
③仕事のストレスが原因で医師の診察を受けたことがある人は「5人に1人」
– 仕事のストレスが心身に影響が出て医師の診察を受けたことがあると回答した人は21.0％
④仕事ストレスの三大要因は「人間関係」「低賃金」「長時間労働」
– １位：人間関係61.0％、２位：給与が低い、上がらない46.8%、３位：労働時間が長い42.4%
⑤「勤務時間外は連絡したくない」 フランスの法律「つながらない権利」に約9割が賛成
-勤務時間外に会社からの連絡に対応しなくていいことを認めるフランスの法律「つながらない権利」に対し、 賛成と回答した人は88.8％
今回の実態調査で判明したように、企業が把握していない「隠れ残業」が多くの労働環境において存在していることを踏まえ、同社が提供しているモバイルデバイス管理サービス「CLOMO MDM」に新機能「ワーク・スマート」を搭載。本日5月15日（月）にリリースします。 この新機能によって、管理者が設定した時間になると、端末が電話機能のみに制限される「業務時間外モード」に自動移行されます。本機能を使用することで「隠れ残業」の抑止を促し、従業員のストレス軽減といった労働環境における課題解決をサポートすることが可能です。
